Regulators OK proposed merger of 2 Calif. credit unions

State and federal regulators have approved the proposed merger of Los Angeles-based Musicians' Interguild Credit Union into Burbank, Calif.-based SAG-AFTRA Federal Credit Union, Deadline Hollywood reported June 7.

The pending merger awaits approval from Musicians' Interguild CU members.

SAG-AFTRA FCU CEO Roger Runyan will be the CEO of the combined institution, which will retain the name SAG-AFTRA FCU.
