S&P withdraws Western Alliance Bank's A-3 short-term rating

S&P Global Ratings has withdrawn its short-term rating of A-3 on Phoenix-based Western Alliance Bank, a unit of Western Alliance Bancorp.

The withdrawal was made at the request of Western Alliance Bank, according to the rating agency. Western Alliance Bank's long-term ratings at the time of withdrawal are unchanged at BBB-, and the bank's outlook is positive.
