Meyers Group sells Fort Myers, Fla., apartment asset for $65.2M

Wyse Technology Investments bought the 325-unit Channelside apartment community in Fort Myers, Fla., for $65.2 million, Multi-Housing News reported.

The 93%-occupied property at 15270 Ballast Point Dr. was sold by Meyers Group. The property contains five buildings on an almost 29-acre parcel.

Wyse Technology also assumed a Freddie Mac loan, facilitated by Newmark Knight Frank Multifamily.
