INSURICA acquires Okla., Texas companies

Oklahoma City-based INSURICA Inc. acquired two insurance firms in the fourth quarter, it said Dec. 27.

The company acquired Oklahoma-based online lead generation and small business agency Commercial's insurance operations, effective Nov. 1. Clients will be merged into the online small business platform INSURICA Express.

INSURICA also acquired Texas-based McNeil and Co., effective Jan. 1, 2019. Gary McNeil and his account team will join the Texas office of the company.

Additionally, Glen Tolentino was hired to join the construction practice of the company's Oklahoma office. His appointment will take effect Jan. 1, 2019.
