* Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Ltd. appointed David Foster as a nonexecutive director.

Sept. 3

* PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk's shareholders appointed Sunarso as new president director of the state-owned lender, replacing Suprajarto who recently resigned from the role, The Jakarta Post reported.

* Kamal Binani resigned as a independent director of SPA Capital Services Ltd.

* Ma Xuezheng, Mary, an independent nonexecutive director of Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd., passed away on Aug. 31.

Sept. 2

* Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. named Yasushi Itagaki as president of its Indonesian unit, PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, The Nikkei reported. Itagaki will assume his new role on Oct. 1.

* CASH Financial Services Group Ltd. appointed Ng Tze Wai Anthony as an executive director and CEO and Li Shing Wai Lewis as an executive director. Li is CFO of the company. Ho Tsz Cheung Jack resigned as an executive director, while Executive Director Chan Chi Ming Benson was promoted and appointed as deputy CEO of Celestial Asia Securities Holdings Ltd.

* Rahul Malik stepped down as CFO of Capital Trust Ltd., effective Aug. 31.

* International Finance Corp. named Nicolas Marquier as its new country manager for Singapore.

* CDIB Capital International (Hong Kong) Corp. Ltd. named Alex Ying head of its newly created buyout group.

* Yang Chun-Wei stepped down as a director of Cathay Financial Holding Co. Ltd.'s Cathay United Bank Co. Ltd. subsidiary.

* Ye-Chin Chiou resigned as a director of Mega Financial Holding Co. Ltd.

* KGI Securities (Thailand) PCL appointed Chin-Lung Tseng as a director.

* Kamal Kishore Somani resigned as a director of SPA Capital Services.

* Econo Trade (India) Ltd. appointed Jyoti Sureshbhai Kantariya as a nonexecutive independent director.

* Subodh Kumar resigned as a nonexecutive director of Capital India Finance Ltd.

* PT Bank Rakyat President Director Suprajarto resigned from his role after rejecting a directive to head up another state-owned lender, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, The Jakarta Post reported.

* Johnson Qisen Zhang resigned as CFO of Hexindai Inc. The company appointed Kerrie Rui Zhang to replace Johnson.

* Tyro Payments Ltd. appointed David Thodey as chairman, The Australian Financial Review reported.

* Bank of China Ltd. named Chen Chunhua as an independent nonexecutive director, subject to shareholder approval.

* Wen Tiejun and Francis Yuen Tin-fan stepped down as independent nonexecutive directors of Agricultural Bank of China Ltd.

* Vimal Shah resigned as an independent director of Pulsar International Ltd., effective Sept. 1.

Aug. 29

* Standard Chartered PLC named Andrew Chia as its CEO in Indonesia and Dwaipayan Sadhu as its head of retail banking in Singapore, The Straits Times reported.

* MUFG Bank Ltd. appointed Ranjana Clark as head of global transaction banking.

* Hyakugo Bank Ltd. Chairman Tsuyoshi Ueda passed away because of an illness.

* AB Bank Ltd. appointed Mahmudul Alam and Abdur Rahman deputy managing directors, The Daily Star reported.

* Chan Shek Wah resigned as an executive director of Emperor Capital Group Ltd.
