Thailand's Seamico Securities decreases registered capital

Thailand's Seamico Securities PCL has decided to decrease its registered capital by about 288.1 million baht by cancelling 576,192,246 unissued authorized shares at a par value of 50 satang per share.

The firm's 942 million baht of registered capital will be scaled down to about 653.9 million baht. The decision was made Dec. 12.

As of Dec. 25, US$1 was equivalent to 32.54 Thai baht.
