Delaware Life Insurance Co. announced that David Sams Jr. will assume the role of chairman at the company and units Delaware Life Insurance Co. of New York and DL Reinsurance Co.

Delaware Life Insurance also announced that Daniel Towriss will become CEO of the company and the subsidiaries, replacing Sams.

The changes are effective March 28.
