Hang Seng Bank (China) gets new CEO/vice chairman

Hang Seng Bank Ltd. appointed Ryan Yue Sheng Song as vice chairman and CEO of Hang Seng Bank (China) Ltd., effective May 1.

Song is currently executive vice president and head of global markets at Hang Seng Bank (China). He will replace Gordon Lam, who will become an adviser to Hang Seng Bank.

The appointment is subject to final approval from the China Banking Regulatory Commission.
