Akita Bank Ltd. nominated three directors and raised its dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31.
The Japanese bank said it nominated Takashi Kato and Masato Tsuchiya as directors and Yoshiyuki Tsuji as outside director.
Takashi and Masato are general managers of the bank, while Yoshiyuki is a representative director of several companies, the bank said.
Further, the bank said it boosted its total dividend for the fiscal year to ¥7.00 per share from ¥6.50 per share in the prior fiscal year, which ended March 31, 2016. The dividend includes final and interim dividends of ¥3.50 per share each.
As of June 5, US$1 was equivalent to ¥110.44.
