Capital Southwest hikes credit facility by $10M

Capital Southwest Corp. has further upsized its existing credit agreement with ING Capital LLC and other lenders by $10 million.

This increases its total commitments to $210 million from $200 million. Capital Southwest can boost the total commitments to up to $250 million, pursuant to the agreement.

ING Capital acted as administrative agent and increasing lender while Texas Capital Bank NA acted as the documentation agent.
