Lloyds issues €750M in resettable notes

Lloyds Banking Group Plc issued €750 million in resettable notes.

The notes, which will mature Sept. 7, 2028, carry a 1.750% coupon until their first call date Sept. 7, 2023, following which they would reset to a coupon equivalent to the five-year euro midswap rate plus 1.3%. They were issued at a price of 99.568%.
