UK financial software firm Alfa prices £975M IPO

U.K.-based financial software company Alfa has priced its £975 million initial public offering, which will make it the fifth-largest software firm on the London Stock Exchange, The (London) Times reported May 26.

Shares were priced at 325 pence apiece, with the offer 10x oversubscribed, according to the newspaper. Old Mutual and Hendersons reportedly subscribed.

Alfa, which provides software for the asset finance market, will be listed on the London Stock Exchange on June 1, according to the report.
