Argentina's GPAT Compañía Financiera raises 500M pesos in bond offering

GPAT Compañía Financiera SA raised 500 million Argentine pesos in a securities offering of its negotiable bond series XXXI, according to a Feb. 1 securities filing.

The company decided to issue only the class A bonds, which were originally set to be split into class A and class B.

The 12-month class A bonds received 51 bids, GPAT said. The securities will be issued Feb. 6.

As of Jan. 31, US$1 was equivalent to 19.63 Argentine pesos.
