Panama's Leasing Banistmo to offer $30M in bonds

Panama-based Leasing Banistmo SA on Dec. 17 will offer $30.0 million of series A corporate bonds.

The bonds will have a four-year term and carry an interest rate of 4.00%. They will be issued Dec. 19.

The company will use the proceeds to grant financial leases and invest in its ordinary business.

The offering is part of Leasing Banistmo's 10-year rotating corporate bond program worth $250.0 million.
