Moody's affirms Fulton Financial

Moody's affirmed several ratings of Lancaster, Pa.-based Fulton Financial Corp., including its long-term issuer rating of Baa1, subordinate rating of Baa1, and subordinate shelf rating of (P)Baa1.

The rating agency also affirmed several ratings of unit Fulton Bank NA, which was A1 for long-term bank deposits, Baa1 for long-term issuer, "a3" for adjusted baseline credit assessment, and P-1 for short-term bank deposits, among others.

The outlook on the ratings remains stable.

Moody's said the ratings reflect the company's sustainability, including its capital ratios, which are now stabilizing after years of trending downward.
