China Everbright Bank to issue US$300M of notes

China Everbright Bank Co. Ltd. will issue US$300 million worth of floating-rate notes due 2021.

The notes will be listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange on or about June 14. The notes will be issued to professional investors and are part of the bank's US$5 billion medium-term note program, according to a June 13 release.

China Everbright Bank's Hong Kong branch, CEB International, Citigroup and Natixis are joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint book runners for the issuance.

Agricultural Bank of China, China Everbright Securities (HK) Ltd., China International Capital Corp., China Minsheng Banking Corp. Ltd., ICBC, Scotiabank and Wing Lung Bank Ltd. are also joint lead managers and joint book runners.
