Finch Capital divests stake Indonesian fintech startup Cermati

Netherlands-based Finch Capital sold its minority stake in Indonesian fintech company Cermati to Djarum Group for an undisclosed sum.

The transaction yielded Finch Capital an internal rate of return of more than 100% and 2.7× return of capital, according to an Aug. 31 release.

The deal is Finch Capital's first exit out of Indonesia.

Cermati provides an online platform that helps customers research and buy credit cards, auto loans, personal loans and mortgages.
