Report: Rockefeller Capital in talks to acquire assets from CTC myCFO

Rockefeller Capital Management LP is in talks to acquire assets from Redwood City, Calif.-based wealth manager CTC myCFO LLC, Bloomberg reported, citing an anonymous source with knowledge on the matter.

Gregory Fleming, CEO of Rockefeller Capital Management, is looking to expand the company. Rockefeller Capital Management is taking particular interest in wealth management firms on the West Coast, the news outlet added.

CTC myCFO, which operates in the Silicon Valley area, manages funds for ultra-affluent families. It is a subsidiary of Bank of Montreal.
