At their annual meeting held May 29, Central Federal Corp. stockholders voted in favor of holding future advisory votes on executive compensation every year.

Thus, the Worthington, Ohio-based company will continue to submit an advisory vote to shareholders every year to approve on a nonbinding advisory basis the compensation paid to executives.
