Skyhouse Denver LLC divested the 25-story Skyhouse Denver apartment building in Denver for a sum worth $138.4 million, the Denver Business Journal reported, citing Denver County public records.

The property at 1776 Broadway was sold to EQR 1776 Broadway LLC, according to the publication, which noted that the entity is registered to the same address as Chicago-based real estate investment trust Equity Residential.
