PSE&G to sell medium-term notes

Public Service Electric and Gas Co. may sell from time to time $1.45 billion of its series L secured medium-term notes.

The notes were originally established on Sept. 7, 2016. As of Dec. 4, $600 million aggregate principal amount of the notes are available for issuance. The notes will be due one year to 30 years from the issuance date, according to a Dec. company filing.

The Public Service Enterprise Group Inc. subsidiary plans to use the sale proceeds for general corporate purposes, including the redemption or refunding of its outstanding debt.
