Great Western Bancorp CFO adopts stock trading plan

Great Western Bancorp Inc. CFO Peter Chapman adopted a stock trading plan under Rule 10b5-1.

Under the sales plan dated Dec. 4, a broker/dealer is authorized to sell up to 5,383 Great Western Bancorp common shares held and acquired by Chapman personally and through his participation in one or more of the company's equity compensation plans.

Shares may be sold on the open market at prevailing market prices and subject to minimum price thresholds.
