S&P Global Market Intelligence presents an overview of board changes at European financial institutions. The changes are listed by announcement date in reverse chronological order.

Aug. 10

* Bank Pekao SA unit Pekao Bank Hipoteczny SA said Michal Krupinski, Tomasz Kubiak and Marek Lusztyn were appointed to its supervisory board as new members.

* FBD Holdings Plc appointed Joe Healy an independent nonexecutive director with immediate effect. Healy was elected the 15th president of the Irish Farmers' Association in April 2016.

Aug. 9

* Vantiv Inc. Chairman Jeffrey Stiefler and Worldpay Group Plc Chairman Michael Rake will continue to serve on the board of the entity that will be created through the merger of the two companies. Vantiv President and CEO Charles Drucker will serve as the executive chairman of the combined group, whose board will comprise five Worldpay directors and eight Vantiv directors.

Aug. 8

* Azerbaijan-based Bank Silk Vey Açiq S?hmdar C?miyy?ti named Elchin Eldar Ahmadov chairman of its supervisory board. Elchin Ahmadov had been management board chair since 2012.
