NEPI Rockcastle cancels acquisition of Polish shopping centers

NEPI Rockcastle PLC's subsidiary Tuvalu Sp. z o.o. canceled its October 2017 agreement to purchase two Kraków, Poland, shopping centers.

The company said that remaining conditions for completing the acquisition of the Serenada and Krokus shopping centers, including certain regulatory approvals and the waiver of the right of first refusal, were not completed by Dec. 31, 2018.

In announcing the cancellation, NEPI Rockcastle reconfirmed previous guidance issued regarding growth in its distribution per share.
