Sunoco Logistics Partners registers additional $478M of units for merger

Sunoco Logistics Partners LP plans to register an additional 20,268,825 common units to add to the previously registered 849,898,200 units in connection with the Energy Transfer Partners LP merger.

The additional units have a proposed maximum offering price of $478.2 million, with the registration fee set at $55,424.44, according to a Form S-4 filed March 30.

The partnership previously paid a registration fee of $2.2 million for the previously registered units, which was declared effective on March 24.
