CEO, vice chair complete Bank of Calhoun County stake buys

President and CEO Christopher Simon and Vice Chairman Peter Simon completed their stake purchases in Hardin, Ill.-based Bank of Calhoun County, effective July 13, according to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division of Banking.

The two bank officers in February filed for changes of control in the BCC Bancshares Inc unit with the state regulator, which approved the applications June 26.

In April, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis also permitted a change of bank control in BCC Bancshares and Bank of Calhoun County.
