AMMB Holdings lowers final dividend

AMMB Holdings Bhd. lowered its final dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31.

The Malaysian financial services group said its board recommended a final cash dividend of 10 Malaysian sen per share, down from 12.6 sen per share for the prior fiscal year.

Including an interim dividend of 5 sen per share, the company's total dividend for the fiscal year came to 15 sen per share, down from 17.6 sen per share for the prior fiscal year.

The record and payment dates for the dividend have yet to be determined.

As of May 30, US$1 was equivalent to 3.99 Malaysian ringgit.
