Private investment firm Portfolio Advisors LLC raised four private market funds.

The firm raised about $237.6 million for its Portfolio Advisors Real Estate Fund VII LP from nine investors and about $377.7 million for Portfolio Advisors Secondary Fund IV from 20 investors.

It also raised the $561.2 million PA Direct Credit Opportunities Fund III, which received commitments from 54 investors. Stifel Nicolaus & Co. was the placement agent for the fund.

The PA Co-Investment Fund IV received $133.4 million from five investors.
