Liberty Property Trust set to sell Pa. office portfolio

Industrial and office real estate investment trust Liberty Property Trust is poised to sell a portfolio of eight suburban office buildings in Pennsylvania to Equus Capital Partners Ltd., the Philadelphia Business Journal reported, citing sources familiar with the deal.

The price of the portfolio is not expected to exceed $100 million. The properties, which together span around 650,000 square feet, are in King of Prussia, Wayne and Malvern, the report added.

Liberty Property is in the process of selling off its suburban office assets as it shifts its focus toward industrial and urban office properties, the report noted.
