Rexford Industrial buys 3 properties for $76M

Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. bought three industrial properties totaling over 500,000 square feet in Southern California for an aggregate of $76 million.

The acquisitions include the 336,085-square-foot Slauson Commerce Center on 10.51 acres of land in Commerce for $41.3 million, or $123 per square foot; the multitenant industrial complex containing 126,317 square feet of improvements on 8.11 acres of land at 2328 Teller Road in Thousand Oaks for $23.3 million, or $184 per square foot; and the fully leased single-tenant property totaling 59,996 square feet of improvements on 2.76 acres of land at 750 W. Manville St. in the South Bay submarket of Los Angeles for $11.5 million, or $192 per square foot.

The real estate investment trust funded the acquisitions using cash on hand, according to a release.
