Bank of Chongqing names 5 new directors

Bank of Chongqing Co. Ltd. named five new directors to its board.

The bank appointed Liu Ying as a nonexecutive director, as well as Yuan Xiaobin, Liu Xing, Feng Dunxiao and Wang Rong as independent nonexecutive directors.

In addition, the bank appointed Hou Guoye as external supervisor and Qi Jun as shareholder supervisor.

The appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the company's extraordinary general meeting on Dec. 9.
