A unit of the operating partnership of data center real estate investment trust Digital Realty Trust Inc. issued €850 million of euro-denominated 2.500% guaranteed notes due Jan. 16, 2026.

Interest on the notes will be payable annually in arrears on Jan. 16 of each year, starting Jan. 16, 2020.
