Norway wealth fund JV agrees to sell 6-building office property in Paris

Partners Norges Bank Real Estate Management and AXA France agreed to sell the Meudon Campus, comprising six office buildings in Meudon, France, in a deal offering the former €128 million for its 50% ownership interest.

A PGIM Real Estate-managed fund will purchase the property, which spans 45,000 square meters and is expected to change hands in May, according to a release from Norway's sovereign wealth fund.

The duo acquired the asset at 2-14 rue de la Verrerie in July 2011 as part of a portfolio of seven properties in and around Paris.
