CA Immobilien proposes 23% YOY increase in FY'17 dividend

Austria-based real estate manager and developer CA Immobilien Anlagen AG is proposing to distribute a dividend of 80 euro cents per share for the 2017 financial year, representing a 23% year-over-year rise.

The dividend payout ratio corresponds to 70% of the company's funds from operation I, according to a release.

The proposal is subject to approval at an ordinary general meeting scheduled in May.
