Jameson granted 4 exploration licenses at Crown Mountain coking coal project

Jameson Resources Ltd. was awarded four new coal exploration licenses at its Crown Mountain coking coal project in British Columbia.

The licenses cover 2,067 hectares adjacent to the existing tenure at Crown Mountain, and the company expects to start geologic field evaluation of the licenses later this year.

The licenses are speculative in nature, and the company does not possess any previous exploration data, according to a Jan. 14 release.

Bathurst Resources Ltd. agreed in June 2018 to form a 50/50 joint venture with Jameson on the Crown Mountain project.
