Glacier Bancorp completes acquisition of Inter-Mountain Bancorp

Kalispell, Mont.-based Glacier Bancorp Inc., the parent company of Glacier Bank, completed its acquisition of Bozeman, Mont.-based Inter-Mountain Bancorp. Inc.

With the closing of the deal, Inter-Mountain unit First Security Bank will become a new bank division of Glacier Bancorp, as previously reported. First Security Bank has 11 banking offices.

As of Dec. 31, 2017, Inter-Mountain had total consolidated assets of approximately $1.0 billion, while Glacier Bancorp had total assets of approximately $9.71 billion, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
