Wallenstam AB received approval from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority for the issuance of up to 5 billion kronor of notes under its existing medium-term-note program.
The Swedish property company said that as of Dec. 17, it had issued 2.95 billion kronor of notes under the program.
Svenska Handelsbanken is the lead bank for the program, while law firm Vinge served as legal adviser to Wallenstam. Nordea Bank, Svenska Handelsbanken and Swedbank are participating as issuing agents.
As of Dec. 14, US$1 was equivalent to 9.08 Swedish kronor.
