Computer Programs & Systems increases credit facility size

Computer Programs & Systems Inc. has amended its Jan. 8, 2016, credit agreement to increase the aggregate principal amount of the revolving credit facility to $50 million from $45 million.

The amendment increased the aggregate principal amount of the company's credit facilities to $167 million from $162 million, which includes a $117 million term loan facility and the $50 million amended revolving credit facility.

The additional proceeds of the revolving credit facility will be used to finance the ongoing working capital requirements and other general corporate purposes of the company and its subsidiaries.
