Carlyle Group buys flexible workplace property in London

Carlyle Group LP acquired the The Crosspoint building on Liverpool Street in London in an off-market transaction, expanding its presence in the flexible office sector.

The property was acquired from Amsprop.

The 41,000-square-foot, nine-story building will be rebranded to Uncommon Liverpool Street, with an opening expected later in 2018.

The asset is the fourth and largest flexible workplace facility in London under Carlyle's Uncommon flexible workspace brand.
