Link Holdings Ltd. said its normalized net income for the second quarter amounted to a loss of HK$1.4 million, compared with a loss of HK$7.4 million in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.
The normalized profit margin rose to negative 10.2% from negative 76.6% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue increased 42.5% on an annual basis to HK$13.8 million from HK$9.7 million, and total operating expenses decreased 16.8% year over year to HK$13.7 million from HK$16.5 million.
Reported net income rose on an annual basis to HK$2.2 million, or 0 cents per share, from HK$663,870, or 0 cents per share.
