KB Kookmin Bank raises US$400M from Formosa bond issue

KB Kookmin Bank raised US$400 million from its issuance of bonds in Taiwan, Yonhap News Agency reported May 26.

The Formosa bonds carry a tenor of five years and floating rate with a spread at 0.95 percentage points plus three-month LIBOR.

KB Kookmin Bank is a unit of KB Financial Group Inc.
