Cranbury, N.J.-based 1st Constitution Bancorp named Naqi Naqvi senior vice president and chief accounting officer, effective May 7.

Naqvi previously was executive vice president and CFO of Freehold, N.J.-based New Jersey Community Bank. New Jersey Community Bank has been acquired by 1st Constitution Bancorp.

1st Constitution Bancorp is the holding company of 1st Constitution Bank.
