PAVmed receives Nasdaq noncompliance notice

PAVmed Inc. received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market for failing to meet the minimum market value listing requirement of $35 million.

The New York-based medical device maker has 180 days to regain compliance.

To regain compliance, the company must maintain market value of listed securities of at least $35 million for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days.
