Hotel developer and owner Widewaters Hotels LLC sold the 294-room The Porter hotel in downtown Portland, Ore., for approximately €120 million.

Real estate investment manager Union Investment Real Estate GmbH acquired the boutique and lifestyle hotel on behalf of open-ended real estate fund Unilmmo: Global.

The 16-story boutique and lifestyle hotel, which opened at the start of 2018, is part of the Curio Collection by Hilton brand. The hotel offers roughly 1,200 square meters of conference space, among other amenities.

Union Investment was recently reported to be acquiring a planned Thompson-branded lifestyle hotel in Washington, D.C.
