Saudi Kuwaiti Finance gains nod to list REIT on Saudi exchange

Islamic wealth management firm Saudi Kuwaiti Finance House S. S. C. got approval from the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia to list its real estate investment trust on the local bourse.

The approval allows Saudi Kuwaiti Finance to offer, register and list units of AL-MARKAZ REIT Fund on the Saudi Stock Exchange as a REIT fund.

The Capital Market Authority said in a release that the approval of the new REIT fund should not be considered a recommendation to invest in it.
