Citi names EMEA head of commercial banking; ex-Virgin Money CEO joins Salesforce

Citigroup

Raymond Gatcliffe was appointed as the head of commercial banking of Citigroup Inc. for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Reuters reported.

Gatcliffe will be based in London and report to Sunil Garg, global head of Citi Commercial Bank, and David Livingstone, CEO of the lender's EMEA business.

Virgin Money

Jayne-Anne Gadhia, the former CEO of Virgin Money Holdings (UK) PLC, was named head of U.K. and Ireland operations of cloud services provider salesforce.com inc.

The Bank of England said Gadhia will not be taking up the role as an external member on the Financial Policy Committee.

J O Hambro Capital Management

J O Hambro Capital Management Ltd. named Alexandra Altinger as CEO for its U.K., Europe and Asia operations, effective Sept. 9, succeeding interim CEO Emilio Gonzalez.

Altinger, who will be based in London, most recently was the CEO of Sandaire Investment Office.

Gonzalez, the CEO of the lender's parent Pendal Group Ltd., will relocate to Sydney.

National Bank of Greece

National Bank of Greece SA named Wietze Reehoorn a board member, Het Financieele Dagblad reported.

Reehoorn previously was chief risk officer at ABN AMRO Bank NV.
