Kimco Realty Corp. is planning to sell up to $500.0 million of its common shares in at-the-market offerings from time to time.
The shopping center real estate investment trust aims to use any net proceeds for future acquisitions and other general corporate purposes.
The aggregate offering price includes common shares that are still unsold under the REIT's prior at-the-market offering program, whereby it sold about $288.1 million of common shares.
