Chileaninsurers Zenit Seguros GeneralesSA, BCI SegurosGenerales SA and BCISeguros Vida SA have reshuffled their boards following 'sMay 10 acquisition ofshares representing a 40% stake in the three firms from holding companyEmpresas Juan YarurS.P.A., the insurers said in separate filings with Chileansecurities regulator SVS.
ZenitSeguros said its board named María Milagros Villa Oliveros and Jaime Aguirre deCárcer Cabezas as directors to replace Mario Gazitúa Swett and Ana María MasíasGuzmán, who stepped down.
VillaOliveros has also been named vice president, while Roberto Belloni Pechini wasreelected as president. The company has also tapped Gazitúa Swett as its newCEO to replace Roberto Haramboure Galaz, who resigned the same day, the filingsaid.
Fortheir part, Bci Seguros Generales and Bci Seguros Vida announced their boardhas named María Milagros Villa Oliveros, Fernando Ballestros Martínez and JaimeAguirre de Cárcer Cabezas as directors to replace Luis Enrique Yarur Rey,Lionel Olavarría Leyton and Eugenio Von Chrismar Carvajal.
RobertoMaristany Watt and Mario Gómez Dubravcic also stepped down as directors butwere not replaced since the board has a sufficient number of directors to meetand take decisions, Bci Seguros said.
EmpresasJuan Yarur also owns Banco deCredito e Inversiones SA.
