Xenia Hotels & Resorts Inc. is looking to sell a portfolio of seven Kimpton hotels and tapped Newmark Knight Frank to advise on the potential transaction, Bloomberg News reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
The portfolio, which includes Kimpton Hotel Monaco properties in Chicago, Denver and Salt Lake City, reportedly could be worth about $500 million in a sale.
The hotels' management contracts can be terminated in the event of a sale, one of the people told the news outlet.
Xenia representatives did not immediately answer requests for comment from Bloomberg.
