Singapore's DBS Bank Ltd. will issue £111 million of floating-rate notes May 25 under its US$30 billion global medium-term note program.
According to a May 22 release, they will mature May 25, 2020, and will bear an annual interest rate equal to 21 basis points over the three-month London Interbank Offered Rate.
The notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
DBS Bank is a unit of DBS Group Holdings Ltd.
